Deskup Warranty Information

At Deskup Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty ensures your purchase is protected so you can enjoy your workspace with confidence.

 

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the specified period from the date of original purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of Deskup.

Warranty Periods:

  • 7 Years: Desk frames, including single motor, dual motor, L-shape motors, and frame components.
  • 3 Years: Desk tops, including melamine and bamboo panels.
  • 1-2 Years: Accessories, including cable management systems and other desk add-ons (warranty periods vary and are displayed on each product information page).

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, chipping, or peeling, or any damage caused by improper assembly, alterations, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or poor maintenance. Damage caused by fire, flood, acts of God, or events beyond the control of Deskup is also excluded. Incidental or consequential damages arising from product use are not covered.

For larger or heavier items, customers should note that couriers may refuse to carry cartons inside homes or offices, and a two-person lift may be required upon delivery.

The liability of Deskup under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Deskup shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use. Deskup also reserves the right to change product designs or specifications without prior notice.
