Shipping Information

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST will ship the same day.
• All orders are shipped via StarTrack Express from our warehouse in Tuncurry, NSW.

Estimated Delivery Times

• NSW & ACT: 1-2 working days
• SA, QLD & VIC: 3-5 working days
• TAS, NT & WA: 7-10 working days

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, pickup times may vary with courier schedules, and factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Delivery Fees

• We offer capped-rate delivery:
  • Small items start from $15.
  • Complete desk delivery starts from $40.
  • The maximum you will ever pay for delivery on our website is $60.
• In rare cases, extremely remote areas or re-delivery may incur extra fees, but we will contact you before incurring any additional charges.

Split Deliveries

Some items may be shipped in multiple cartons and may arrive as split deliveries. For larger or heavier items, we recommend a two-person lift upon delivery.

Please note that our couriers are contracted to deliver to the front door of your premises and may refuse to carry cartons inside your home or office.

Damage or Loss in Transit

While we take great care in packing and preparing your order, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier during transit. However, we are committed to assisting with claims to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided for all orders as soon as they are dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery.
