SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Deskup Australia, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping.

All of our orders are shipped via Startrack Express, with most orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST being sent out on the same day.

To make ordering your office setup from Deskup we offer transparent delivery pricing and whatever you are quoted during checkout is the maximum you pay. Small items start from $15 delivery and complete desks delivery costs start from $30. Additional charges may apply during checkout for interstate or remote area customers, this is quoted during checkout.

In rare cases there may be an additional fee in the case of extremely remote areas or re-delivery charges, however if there are any additional charges, we will contact you prior to incurring.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

While we take great care in packing and preparing your order, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier during transit. However, we are committed to helping you in any way we can and will assist with claims to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Transit times

Please note that transit times may range from 2-3 days for most areas, to up to 2 weeks for remote locations. A tracking number will be provided for all orders as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse in Tuncurry, NSW.
