Change of Mind Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return window for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Once the item has been returned, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund for the item(s).

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for the pickup and courier of the item(s) back to our warehouse.
  • Where possible, we will replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued upon inspection and approval.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is deemed defective from the factory, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items if a replacement is shipped.
  • Please note that refunds for defective products are only issued if a replacement is unavailable. Cash refunds or store credits are approved on a case-by-case basis.
