Our desks are made using steel frames that are powder coated for durability and also to provide a distinct stylish look. Our tops are produced from highly compressed particle timber with veneer that is designed to withstand rugged daily use and offers a longer lasting more durable finish than traditional timber or hardwood products.
What sizes do your stand up desks come in?
Our stand up desks come in a variety of sizes to fit any workspace and accommodate different height requirements. The most popular size is 1600 x 800mm but we also provide smaller size 1200mm length desks for apartments, bedrooms and smaller workspaces. As well as the very generous 1800mm length for dedicated offices, gaming rooms and larger workspaces.
Do you offer adjustable stand up desks?
Absolutely, all of our desks are adjustable using electric press button control panel combined with dual motor frames.
Can I try a stand up desk before I purchase it?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a try-before-you-buy option. However, we do offer a 7 year warranty and a quality guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then reach out to us and we will assist you wherever possible.
What is the warranty on your stand up desks?
Our stand up desks come with a 7 year warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product.
How do I assemble a stand up desk?
Assembly instructions for our stand up desks are included in the package and are also available here on our website. If you need assistance, our customer support team is available to help.
How much weight can a stand up desk support?
Our dual motor stand up desks support up to 140kg which makes them perfect for multiple monitors, accessories, printers and even specialist equipment such as 3d printers and multi function scanners. Always check the weight capacity that is specified in the product description for each product as some products may varie from the usual 140kg limit.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship same day if ordered before 2:00PM Australian Eastern time. The delivery time will depend on the shipping location and the product availability. We will provide tracking information the minute your order is submitted to our shipping partner (Usually Startrack Express or Aramex)
Can I customize the height of my stand up desk?
Of course you can, the very nature of our stand up desks is that they are adjustable and can be customized to your preferred height. Please refer to the product description for more information on the adjustability of each desk.
Do you offer bulk discounts for stand up desks?
Absolutely yes, we do offer bulk discounts for stand up desks for corporate and business orders. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Can I order a stand up desk with a special finish or color?
We may be able to source you a special top of your choice. We have in the past supplied resin/timber combination desks, glass tops and even stainless steel used in food handling. If you are looking to bring your own desk we offer the option to purchase a frame only which allows you to attach your own top.
How do I clean and maintain my stand up desk?
Cleaning and maintenance instructions will depend on the material of your stand up desk. Please refer to the product manual or contact our customer support team for more information.
Do your stand up desks come with a keyboard tray?
Keyboard trays and other desk accessories are not usually included in our desks. We do offer a range of mounting brackets, desk accessories and gadgets that can help organise your workspace.
Do you offer financing options for stand up desks?
Yes we offer Afterpay, ZIP and Paypal "pay in 4" options during checkout. Both of these payment providers offer interest free solutions to approved customers.
Can I use my existing chair with a stand up desk?
Yes, you can use your existing chair with a stand up desk. However, we do recommend using a chair that is adjustable and ergonomically designed for use with a standing desk.
How do I adjust the height of my stand up desk?
Usually by pressing up or down on your electric control pad, or by selecting from one of your pre-saved heights. Please note that the method for adjusting the height of your stand up desk could depend on the specific product. What is the maximum height of a stand up desk?

Do you offer installation services for stand up desks?
We do not currently offer in home or in office installation of desks directly however if you are fitting an entire office or a commercial venue then we can assist with sourcing contractors to perform installation for you.
What is the weight of a stand up desk?
The overall combined weight varies based on the size of the desk but to give you an idea a 1600 x 800mm stand up desk with frame, cabling and control panel weights about 60 Kilograms when assembled. These desks are designed not only to be durable and withstand a lot of use but also to not move around or sway when fully extended.
Can I use a stand up desk with multiple monitors?
Yes, our desks can accept up to 140kg of equipment and still perform smoothly during adjustment operations. All of our stand up desks are designed to accommodate multiple monitors. Please refer to the product description for more information on the specific features of each desk.
