Can I order just the legs of the desk on their own?
Absolutely! Desk frames are available for purchase separately. Check our standing desk category and navigate to the Single or Dual motor standing desk legs only products for more info.
Do you have a physical showroom I can visit?
Yes we do however this is by appointment only. We do everything possible to ensure our website offers detailed images, videos, and specifications for all our products and we are always on standby to assist over the phone with any queries you may have.
What warranty do you offer on your desks and accessories?
We offer a 7-year warranty on standing desks, while most other products have warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years. Warranty details for each product are listed on their respective product pages.
Are your desks compatible with third-party tabletops?
Yes but please be advised our tops come pre-drilled with metal threaded holes to suit our legs, so we always recommend using a Deskup brand melamine or bamboo top. Any other top you use would need to be attached using self tapping wood screwed or timber screws.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Are the standing desks easy to adjust?
Yes, our desks are extremely simple to adjust! All standing desks are equipped with intuitive keypad for seamless height adjustments. They also have a save preset function where you can set your preferred heights and assign those heights to keypad buttons on the hand controller.
Can I upgrade my desk later (e.g., single motor to dual motor)?
This depends on the desired upgrade type, Our desks cannot be upgraded from single to dual motor as the mechanism and general construction of the desk is different. But other upgrades are possible such as adding accessories, moving up to a larger top size or attaching castor wheels. Talk to us for advise on additional add-ons and upgrade options.
Are standing desks better for my health?

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. The most you will ever pay for delivery on our website is $60 as we offer a capped delivery price. Most smaller items are between $14 and $22 dollars delivery while larger more bulky items vary between $40 and $60 dollars.
How are items packaged for delivery?
Items are securely packaged with reinforced materials to ensure safe transit. Larger items are shipped in multiple boxes.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damage, and we’ll assess the damage, we usually offer a replacement or partial refund for items that arrived damaged.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for delivery costs back to us.

What tools are required for assembly?
We provide hex keys and screwdriver bit for assembly of our standing desks. Most of our accessories and monitor mounting arms include a hex key. We advise against using a power drill to drive screws into items as the potential to strip threads or overtighten screws could cause defects to your products and void warranty.
How long does it take to assemble a standing desk?
Assembling a complete desk takes between 15 and 30 minutes. We recommend spending some time reading the instructions and if you are struggling with any part of assembly give us a call or email on [email protected]
Can I assemble the desk on my own, or do I need help?
You can absolutely assemble our desks without assistance. They are designed to be put together by a single person. The best way to assemble is to build the frame and attach to the top upside down before tightening everything up and flipping the desk for use. While our desks can be assembled by a single person a second person to assist with lifting and holding various components is a great idea too!
Do you offer assembly services?
We currently do not offer assembly services however we have multiple companies that can offer assembly depending on your location. If you require assembly contact us and we will provide your nearest agent for assembly.
Are there detailed assembly instructions included in the package?
The vast majority of our products included printed paper instructions for ease of assembly.
What should I do if I lose the assembly instructions?

How do I reset the memory settings on my desk?
This varies from single, dual motor and L-shape desks however generally holding the UP + DOWN Key together for 10 seconds will initiate a factory reset. We recommend if you are experiencing problems with your standing desk and need assistance to please contact us via email on [email protected] or call our office on 1300 414 861.
What does the error code on my keypad mean?
Error codes vary between desk models please send the error code to us on [email protected] and we will provide steps to troubleshoot the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I maintain my desk for maximum longevity?
Regular cleaning of the top is a basic but essential tip for keeping your desk looking great. Other tips for keeping your desk in tip top condition include but are not limited to:
- Always wipe up spills immediately so your veneer or bamboo top doesn't become water logged. Avoid overloading the desk
- Know your weight limits and never overload your desk. Single motor desks are usually rated to 80kg lift capacity and dual motor desks at 140kg. Overloading the desk can result in failure of the actuator motors.
- Avoid liquid spills on or near the hand controller or electrics.
- Put the desk up and down regularly! Because our standing desks are designed to be moved up and down regularly.
